Long story short: Lean Beef Patty clone, Jessica Piccoli, was recorded on video by her alleged husband, physically and verbally abusing him. It was later revealed that she was recently arrested for a domestic incident in the first video of Goob_U2’s Instagram series.

Instagram users grabbed their popcorn as Jessica dug herself a deeper hole on her Instagram lives touting her larger audience, shifting blame to her husband, and shedding crocodile tears.

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL — A recorded call revealed that Jessica was willing to pay $500 (that she could get from her parents) to have Goob_U2’s account taken down entirely.

Generation Iron Fears the LNN

Generation Iron made multiple posts on Instagram about rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine getting jumped in an LA Fitness bathroom. Almost immediately the comment section was flooded with similarly themed comments such as, “who cares", “why is this news,” “stop posting this shit.”

To play into this situation, I commented “Your days are numbered Generation Iron, the lifters will take it from here,” from the Lifter News Network account.

Within minutes, my comment was deleted. They also viewed two of my Instagram stories after that incident and refuse to open my DMs to them.

Because of this, I can logically conclude that Generation Iron is scared of what the Lifter News Network can become and that they are conspiring against me.

Sheffield ‘23 Results

World Athletics Bans Trans Athletes

World Athletics (WA) (Formerly known as IAAF which covered track & field sports), has banned transgender women from competing in elite female competitions and tightened testosterone restrictions for athletes.

WA President, Sebastian Coe, has formed a working group, chaired by a transgender athlete, to further study the issue of trans inclusion.

"The working group will look at any prevailing or changing or furthering of our understanding in that space," Coe said. "We don't know enough, we now need to know more, and that is the journey that we're on. But we weren't prepared to risk the female category on that basis."

Researchers at the University of South Australia are calling for exercise to be a mainstay approach for managing depression as a new study shows that physical activity is 1.5 times more effective than counseling or the leading medications.

FDA Greenlights Lab-Grown Chicken

GOOD Meat’s lab-grown chicken product has been declared ‘safe to eat’ by the FDA. The idea behind lab grown meat is to provide a sustainable way to produce “real” meat without harming animals.

In a perfect world, this would mean cheaper protein and the potential to use science to make the meat more protein-dense. And personally, I was hopeful about this until I saw who GOOD Meat was owned by.

GOOD Meat Inc’s parent company is JustEgg, the creators of the egg substitute slop you see in stores.

This makes the second U.S company that the FDA has approved lab-grown meat, the first being Upside Foods last November.

Rafi’s Desk

Not a ton to report here, just getting a new job going back to construction/remodeling related work if it all pans out in the next couple of days.

Long story short, a lot of content contract work I was doing fell through recently, so I am going to be putting more hours into my job and concentrate on the Monday Iron stuff at night.

I’m really glad to be returning to physical work though. The waiter job is good, but I’d really rather be on jobsites again like I used to.

I’ll still have enough time for the account and all, my idea is that even if I do technically have less time, I’ll have more money to hire out certain work and it’ll put more pressure on me to make the most of my time.

Also, I’m gonna leave an open Google form here to submit questions, comments, concerns, etc. This will prevent them getting lost or disappearing like on IG stories.
