Fitness news and the psyop that keeps on giving.

GM,
The Lifter’s Sunday Paper is back. This week we got a couple good documentaries to watch on this fine Sunday, changes to Fitness Informant, and the anti-meat & dairy psyop that keeps on giving.
If you’re looking for a preworkout that emphasizes clean caffeine, mental clarity, and sick pumps, check out today’s sponsor: Crystal Pump.
It’s not a preworkout, it’s an experience.
Thank you mustache man.

New Mike Mentzer Documentary
John Little, author and close friend of Mike Mentzer, has been pumping out Mike Mentzer content on YouTube guided by the concept of “in his own words,” using recordings of Mike via phone calls and interviews to tell his story. He just released a new video on YouTube that if you want an overview of the Mentzer story from start to finish, it’s a good watch.
You get to hear how Mike got started, what made him sure of his path forward, the 1980 Olympia controversy, his amphetamine use, and his life past competitive bodybuilding including tragedy and redemption. It’s a little over an hour long, and it’s a great hour.
Calum Von Moger Documentary
After beating the charges and being able to return to the U.S, Calum Von Moger entered a partnership with Bucked Up supplements. Since then, they’ve launched a Calum Von Moger supplement line, had him at meet and greets, and published a 15 minute documentary about his journey so far.
Personally, I’m glad to see how much better he’s doing and excited to see where he takes it from here.
BodybuildingandBS Got Zapped
The popular fitness media outlet’s YouTube Channel founded by Nicki Trigili has been taken down completely. YouTube was the main broadcast channel that Nick used for his content and there’s no sign of what actually brought it down.
Nick only received an email from YouTube saying, “We have reviewed your content and found several repeated violations of Community Guidelines,” blah blah blah. But there seems to be no specific examples given by YouTube.
Clearly, Nick pisses off some people with his content, but that’s just what happens when you’re in media. I would guess that someone who didn’t like what he was saying found a way to get his channel zapped, only time will tell.
This kind of shit is part of the reason why I started the email list. The tech overlords allow automation, politics, and coordinated attacks to fuck with your ability to broadcast your thoughts will little to no recourse. And if you’re a nobody, you’re done. At least Nick has a large enough audience that he has a fighting chance at getting back online.
Until then, BodybuildingandBS has a new home on Rumble, which is also where I’ve chosen to put Monday Iron Radio. I’ve never had any conflicts with YouTube, but I’m not going to give them the power to start giving me problems.

Fitness Informant Losing Ryan Bucki
Ryan Bucki has been the face of Fitness Informant for awhile now, keeping us up to date on the latest supplement launches and providing insight into different products. While he has been going hard on that, he’s also been building Fit Butters, a small batch protein spread product with gourmet flavors.
In this clip from Price Plow, Ryan explains that he will take on a lesser role with Fitness Informant to focus on Fit Butters because it has a lot good things going right now and that’s what’s going to set his family up for the rest of their lives. Fitness Informant will still be active, but they’ll be bringing someone else on to be the face of it.
Fitness Informant and Monday Iron have been supporting each other’s content for awhile now, so it’s really cool to be able to see things progress like this.
Bodybuilding.com Launches New Supplements
Bodybuilding.com is continuing their rebrand by launching a new “ELITE” series of products including Ultimate Pre and BCAAs.
Stim Formula
Non-Stim Formula
Overall, doesn’t look horrible. However, my boy Cervantesthetics may have found some tin foil hat shit involving PeakATP and a study. More information coming soon.
Tin Foil Hat
Chances are, the TFH section will stay because there seems to be never ending fuckery with the “people” that run the world. I hope I’m wrong.
NYC Gets Food Police
This was initially brought to my attention by this TikTok video explaining how NYC Mayor Eric Adams has partnered with C40 cities, the Eco Data Lab, and American Express to track the carbon footprint of residences in relation to food with the purpose of reducing food based emissions by 33% by 2030.
@theresetspecialist #climatejustice #enviornmentaljustice #socialresponsibility #fypシ #crypto #blockchain #web3 #ubi #cbdc #digitalid #foodpolice #nyc #nycmay... See more
C40 Cities is “a global network of mayors taking urgent climate action.” that consists of 96 cities accounting for 20% of the global economy (c40.org).
Eco Data Lab is a firm whose mission is to “address climate change by massively scaling data science solutions.” Their goal is to empower action among governments, organizations, and individuals relating to climate change (ecodatalab.com).
So when you combine this with the comments made by the NYC mayor a couple weeks ago, we can all see where this is going:
And if somehow our government ends up getting the digital dollar in effect, they can and will literally prevent you from buying “too much” meat and dairy, if at all.
RIP NYC, hopefully we’ll find a way to keep stuff like this from contaminating other parts of the country.

Glad to be back on the email grind. Not much to report but new construction job is going well. It’s mostly remodeling so it’s not anything too different from what I’ve done in the past. I was originally hired on as a painter since I have 6+ years experience with that, but now I’m doing more stuff like hanging doors, casing, I laid my first tile floor last week, it’s interesting. So it’s great that I’m learning new stuff, but more importantly, I don’t dread driving to work or staying late. Talked more about it on Monday Iron Radio yesterday since I missed the stream on Monday.
Also, don’t forget to start your day with a nutrition breakfast tomorrow. I recommend a Connor McEgger from Tommy Gainzz.
Hope you’re all ready to kill it this week.
