GM,

Monday Report on a Tuesday, I destroyed his bando with a solar flare 🦅

Bringing back the email with tales of telemedicine Ozempic, new Joesthetics details, and the new bird flu in the United States (Thanks Australia).

Keeping it short and sweet until next Monday but we’re back at it.

The elites tried their hardest to keep it away from us. They even had the original manufacturer take Crystal Pump’s money and run. Sick shit, but we are back, despite the horrors.

If you’re looking for a preworkout that emphasizes clean caffeine, mental clarity, and sick pumps, check out this week’s sponsor: Crystal Pump.

It’s not a preworkout, it’s an experience.

Thank you mustache man, let’s get into this week.

Calum Von Moger’s New Show

Calum Von Moger has been making podcast appearances again over the last year, but he just launched the first episode of “Light After Dark w/ Calum Von Moger” on his YouTube channel.

He kicks off this first episode with Daniel Kim discussing where Calum’s been and how he’s moving forward.

It’s looking like this will end up being an interview-based show, can’t wait to see how it develops.

“Is it Okay to Be Fat?”

A few weeks ago, media company Jubilee released another episode of Middle Ground; a series where two opposing sides of an issue discuss their viewpoints face to face. This episode’s topic dug into, “Is being fat a choice?”

On the fit side were fitness influencers including Greg Doucette, Eric Janicki (co-owner of HTLT Supps, which Greg also owns), Tyler Path, and Myron Gains. Myron is less known in the fitness space and more so in the redpill podcasting space as the host of Fresh and Fit.

To my surprise, it was a pretty measured conversation throughout the whole video. I was expecting more unhinged takes from Greg, but he even got into his personal struggles and how they shaped him as a man and athlete.

Myron took care of being the heel in the conversation, going so far as say that the fats should be put in concentration camps. The whole conversation can be summed up with the following clip:

Overall, not a bad watch.

Joesthetics’ REAL Cause of Death - Jon Bravo

New information has come out about Jo Lindner’s (Joesthetics) final days. Jo’s girlfriend, Nicha, posted a video online explaining how even though she has kept quiet over the last 10 months, she’s ready to give more details about Jo’s passing.

Jo passed away from a brain aneurysm  last July, which seemed like a totally random occurrence, and led to a lot of speculation of the cause including PEDs.

But now, Nicha has revealed that the aneurysm occurred after Jo went to a dentist to take care of tooth pain; in which he experienced ongoing pain afterwards and developed an abscess in his neck, passing away days later.

Mike Tyson Health Scare

Baddest man on the planet, Mike Tyson, is “doing great” following a health scare on a recent flight. Paramedics boarded the plane last Sunday due to Mike becoming “nauseous and dizzy” after an ulcer flare-up that happened 30 minutes before the plane landed.

The fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul is still on for July 20th , streaming exclusively on Netflix.

Microplastics Found in Human Testicles

We already know that microplastics are in our blood, there’s birth control in our water, and the only thing we can really do is buy a Brita and pray.

To make matters worse, a study out of the University of New Mexico titled, “Microplastic presence in dog and human testis and its potential association with sperm count and weights of testis and epididymis,” found microplastics in both types of samples.

Microplastics and “forever chemicals” have been identified as partly to blame for men’s overall declining sperm count and other fertility issues.

Lovely. It’s in your blood. It’s in your balls. Good luck out there.

The Bird Flu

I have a feeling that the price of eggs is going to go up again because it seems that there is a bird flu going around, currently in Australia, Michigan, and Texas.

Last week, the bird flu H5N1 virus was found in two Victorian farms, prompting the U.S to curb imports from certain poultry and byproducts from Victoria, Australia.

Around the same time, a dairy worker in Michigan contracted a mild case of the virus, causing redness of the eye. This comes a month after the first U.S case of cow-to-human transfer occurred in Texas.

Both the Michigan and Texas infected humans are doing okay, apparently only suffering from eye redness.

Odd timing, but you gotta love it.

Ozempic-Like Drugs Coming to Telehealth

Him and Hers Health, a telehealth consultation platform, is brining injectable weight-loss drugs to its platform.

In addition to its oral weight-loss treatments, Him and Hers will now be offering injections that use the same active ingredients as Ozempic and Wegovy.

They plan to offer the name-brand injections once consistent supplies are available.

Rafi’s Desk

Not a ton has changed; still selling cars, but now I sell Acuras instead of Hyundais. With me staying int the automotive industry, I am not going to have Saturdays off for the forseeable future. So I wanted to move the email to Monday because with this new dealership, I get Sundays off, so I won’t be scrambling Saturday night/Sunday morning to get Almost Mondays and the email around.

Have a splendid rest of the week.
