We Need Violence
Baxter_fit on TikTok brought up a solution to silence some of the absolute morons in the fitness space: fight. This was followed up by Ian Byington’s stitch pointing out specific influencers that he would demolish.
Now whether it was Eddie Hall vs Thor, Martyn Ford vs the crayon-eating Iranian Hulk, people got tired of it. Partly because there were delays / injuries but it also just wasn’t that great of a fight for how much it got hyped up.
I think something like this could play out differently because I think the tension wouldn’t feel manufactured as much as the previously mentioned fights were.
If there was a Rough N Rowdy style event with just general fitness influencers, I think it could be entertaining. That being said, if any Columbus MMA or gym businesses think they could help make this happen, shoot an email or DM.
BREAKING: Greg Bitches About Sam Sulek (Again)
Greg Doucette was working overtime this last week to pump out not one, but two new videos critiquing Sam Sulek’s diet and training.
The first video is just his commentary on Sam’s Full Day of Eating that was posted on Fouad Abiad’s YouTube Channel.
The second video is trying to critique Sam’s training. All we have to consider is Sam big, Greg not as big, ego lifting for the win, case closed.

Enhanced Games: The Real Roid Olympics
Enhanced Games has one mission: Sports, without drug testing.
Aside from making an Olympics-level event that people actually want to watch (Olympics ratings have been abysmal), EG is addressing the government corruption, wasteful tax spending, and unfair treatment of the world’s best athletes.
The event will include individual sports including athletics (track and field), aquatics, gymnastics, strength, and a new one: combat sports. Team sports were eliminated to focus on individual performance of athletes.

Andrew Jacked Wins Texas Pro
Andrew Jacked takes #1 at the 2023 Texas Pro, just beating Hunter Labrada who recently finished first at this year’s Tampa Pro.
Andrew finished 8th at the 2022 Mr. Olympia, with Labrada placing 7th.

Canada Recalls Monster Energy
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has announced the recall of various Monster brand energy drinks due to issues related to labeling accuracy and caffeine levels. The recall, impacting consumers across the nation, has raised concerns about the potential health risks associated with these popular beverages.
The recall was initiated on August 11th and pertains to all flavors of Monster that contain caffeine but lack bilingual labeling in both English and French. So while it’s not an actual ban on Monster, it looks like it won’t be available for sale until they print new labels.

Account got a half strike this week because of Eddie Hall (this is now an Eddie Hall Hate Organization) and his stupid wax figure of Brian Shaw. I reposted to my story and got popped for nudity; I won the appeal but I still got LIVE restrictions. Not a huge deal, just annoying. But that’s why we have the email in case shit goes down.
